World Day of Prayer

Friday 3rd March 2017

On March 3rd men, women and children from many different backgrounds and traditions in over 180 countries will gather to observe the World Day of Prayer, using an order of service written by Christian women from The Philippines and translated into over a 1,000 different languages and dialects. The day will begin in Tonga and New Zealand in the east and continue throughout the day to Samoa and Alaska in the west.

The theme of the service is "Am I being unfair to you?”

Be part of this by joining us at Kilchoan's Ardnamurchan Parish Church at 10.30am.

Shop Survey

As part of the process of preparing a report for the community on the future of the Ferry Stores, An Roth is asking all residents of West Ardnamurchan to complete a short survey. This can be done in any one of four ways - the first is the easiest:

1. Complete an on-line survey at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/F2ZPM9X

2. Pick up a paper copy of the survey from the shop or Community Centre, and return the completed form to the same places - there are boxes available.

3. Download the form here and return it completed to the shop or Community Centre

4. Contact me and I will get a form to you.

Please help anyone whom you are aware may have difficulty in obtaining, completing and/or returning their survey.

A community meeting, at which An Roth will present a draft final report, is scheduled for 2nd March.
